Going to 

We used future with "going to" when we know with certainty what will happen. 

Afirmative structure: Subject + Verb to be + "Going to" + Verb infinitive + Complement. for example: 

- He is going to tell a story

Negative structure: We only plays "not" after the verb to be. for example: 

- She is not going to talk 

In the questions structure: The verb to be + subject + "Going to" + Verb + complement ?. For example:

- Are you going to drink your milk?
